Fluorescent Ruler Kit

The Fluorescent Ruler Kit comes with two different length rulers (10cm & 20cm), to help measure the mobility of electrophoretic markers and ethidium-bromide-DNA complexes during electrophoresis. Rulers are only 7mm wide, requiring no more than a single lane of an agarose gel. Fluorescent ink markings are sharp and photograph well under UV light. Rulers are made of a flexible plastic and are clearly visible on both 300nm and 350nm transilluminators. Each kit conatins four rulers, 2 of each size.
