Laser Label Setup Instructions
The following instructions can be used to set up a template in Microsoft Word (or excel for the CMBO-1000). Right click and save as. All instructions are in PDF format. Please note, some adjustments may be needed due to differences between printers.
Please follow the step by step instructions to set up a Custom Size label in MS Word. You will only have to do this one time. Once it is set up you can use it for all future printing. This is very useful if you want all of your labels to say the same thing or if you are planning to do a data merge.

For PC Users

Step One: Install Dymo LabelWriter software per the instructions you received with the printer. If you have already done this, skip to step two.
Step Two: Save the above zip file to your computer.
Step Three: Unzip the contents to My Documents>Dymo Label>Labels folder.
Step Four: Open the Dymo label Software.
Step Four: Click File>Open and choose the appropriate catalog number. This will open a fully editable label template.
For Mac Users

Step One: Install Dymo LabelWriter software per the instructions you received with the printer. If you have already done this, skip to step two.
Step Two: Save the above zip file to your computer.
Step Three: Unzip the contents to HD>Users>'Username'>Documents>Dymo Label Software
Step Four: Open the Dymo label Software.
Step Four: Click on the Labels tab at the left and select "Custom." This will allow you to select the appropriate template by catalog number.
